Kiara started her career as a real estate investor and developer, anchoring herself on Christian values and principles to bring a unique, dual-sided perspective to every project—understanding both the builder’s role and the investor’s bottom line.

She has contributed to multi-million dollar developments across the Southeast, offering full-service construction, project management, and design-build services. Known for her hands-on approach, Kiara ensures every project runs smoothly while keeping clients informed every step of the way.

Every project is different. Nothing is cookie cutter but the steps to build never changes. The required elements are direction and unity. Amos 3:3 asks "Can two walk together unless they be agreed?" so being on the same page and having clarity on Day 1 is paramount. You bring us your goals and visions and we'll explain the options to make that happen and how it would look short-term and long-term but at the end of the day, you have the final say!

TEACH

Real estate and construction are so deeply intertwined but they are vastly different. Finishes determines the price. Our team consists of majority investors who understand real estate like the back of their hand. So we often emphasis and explain perspectives from all sides so you, as the client, can make the best decision for your investment. Our foundation is truth and integrity so we are not afraid to say no and share our personal and professional perspective because once you hire us, we are a team so the truth should always stand.

Yes, we build homes and commercial structures but our greatest skill is our relationships with our clients, investors, and developers. We love to break bread with our clients to learn their interests so we can protect their interests on every job site. A project is not worth building if we do not know who we are doing it for.
